A press release from VIA Rail Canada; July 10, 2018:

MONTREAL, July 10, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ – Heavy rains in recent weeks in the Wabowden, Manitoba area (between The Pas and Thompson) have caused water levels to rise in certain areas. The Company is thus forced to maintain the suspension of its services between Winnipeg and Gillam for a few days. The following trains are cancelled:

Northbound |
Wednesday, July 11 between Winnipeg and Gillam (train #693)

Southbound |
Friday, July 13 between Gillam and Thompson (train #694)
