U.S., Wisconsin: Amtrak reduces Hiawatha trips by more than 70% due to COVID-19

Service from Milwaukee to Chicago on Amtrak’s Hiawatha Line has been reduced, as have many routes offered by the transportation company.

Currently, Amtrak is operating two daily round trips between Milwaukee and Chicago, down from a regular schedule of seven round trips. Due to service reductions, some stations may not be staffed, Amtrak stated on its website.
