Residents from both Foxboro and Mansfield gave state transportation officials an earful Monday afternoon over nighttime freight operations on the secondary Framingham rail line that runs through the towns.
The residents aired their concerns during a tense meeting facilitated by state Rep. Jay Barrows held at the Kennedy-Donovan Center on Commercial Street.
