NORTH BALTIMORE — CSX Transportation is reportedly reducing operations at its Northwest Ohio Intermodal Terminal in the village, although CSX officials won’t officially confirm the details.
According to articles in Trains Industry Newsletter, the “hub days are numbered as part of CSX’s shift to precision scheduled railroading.” The publication’s Oct. 13 and Oct. 17 articles on the North Baltimore operation cited sources familiar with the situation.
