Jim Berlin, founder and CEO of Erie-based Logistics Plus, doesn’t claim to be a real estate genius.
He’ll be the first to tell you that he spent a couple million dollars to buy and restore Union Station without any expectation he could sell it for close to the amount he’s invested.
But Berlin doesn’t regret the decision he made in 2003 to rescue a crumbling building that was dedicated 90 years ago.
