An action by Railmark Canada against the Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corp., the City of Sault Ste. Marie and former EDC CEO Tom Dodds has been dismissed.
The matter, signed by Justice Ted Gareau, was dismissed in Superior Court Thursday.
