Kirkwood, Missouri Train Station Marks 125 Years

If Kirkwood is queen of the St. Louis suburbs, then her 125-year-old train station is the jewel in her crown.

With the possible exception of Lincoln’s tomb, no building in mid-America seems to have nearly so much love lavished upon it (per square foot) as Kirkwood’s little outpost on the Union Pacific line, at the southwest corner of Kirkwood Road and Argonne Drive.
