Tolls, commissioner appointment details and accountability features are spelled out in the recently passed Gateway legislation that now awaits signatures from the New Jersey and New York governors.
The Gateway Development Commission came about thanks to the swift passage of nearly identical bills in all four chambers of the two states’ legislatures this week.
