UPDATE (7:25 a.m.) – Firefighters remain on scene at the railroad tracks near Orcutt Rd. and Laurel Ln. in San Luis Obispo after multiple fires broke out early Wednesday morning.
The fire investigators say the fires appear suspicious but have not determined whether it is a case of arson.
