The head of Omnitrax Canada is happy to see a deal in place to restore a vital rail line linking Churchill with the rest of Manitoba.
In an emailed statement to the Winnipeg Sun, Omnitrax Canada president Merv Tweed said he believes the deal is the best for all stakeholders.
