Canadian Pacific Railway announced Friday it has purchased full control of Windsor’s 110-year-old rail tunnel that crosses into the U.S. through the Detroit River.
Majority control of the Detroit River Rail Tunnel over the past two decades had belonged to different financial investment entities associated with the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
