An emergency meeting Monday of the Florida Development Finance Corp. — set to discuss more than $1 billion of financing for All Aboard Florida — has been canceled.
The cancellation came at the railroad’s request, Ray Casas, finance corporation spokesman, said Saturday. The meeting was to have been held in Jacksonville.
