144-year-old Jackson, Michigan train station getting upgrades from Amtrak

JACKSON, MI – Jackson’s 144-year-old train station is seeing some improvements this summer.

Work is underway by Amtrak to repoint brick work on the chimneys and make the facility compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari said.
