An Amtrak train was evacuated Saturday morning in Moorpark after a man barricaded himself in the bathroom after putting on what appeared to be a military tactical vest, officials said.
The incident occurred around 9 a.m. on a Pacific Surfliner train that had earlier left Union Station in Los Angeles and was headed to Goleta, said Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Eric Buschow.
