West Central Wisconsin: Area passenger rail service could benefit elderly population

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) — A train was arriving in Eau Claire on Thursday, but the only people on it were the operators from the Union Pacific Railroad.

If members of the West Central Wisconsin Rail Coalition are successful, it could happen in the next five years. This was part of a series of panel discussions at The Metro in downtown Eau Claire.
