Deborah Fischer Stout, the president of the Northern Flyer Alliance, had the answer to a legislative question that everyone wanted to hear when she testified Oct. 4 in front of the Joint Legislative Transportation Task Force about extending a train from Oklahoma City to Newton.
Legislators wanted to know the cost — specifically the startup cost — for the renovation of rails between Oklahoma City and Newton.
