The Related Group has filed plans for an office and residential tower just west of the Brightline passenger rail station in Miami.
The Miami-based developer submitted a site plan to the city for the 30,527-square-foot lot at 525 and 533 N.W. Second Ave. The vacant property is under contract from The Central LLC, formerly known as 533 NW 2nd Avenue LLC.
