CROZET – A trash truck driver was indicted on two charges regarding an Amtrak train crash that happened earlier this year. 
A train carrying GOP lawmakers to their retreat in West Virginia collided with a garbage truck on January 31 near Crozet. One person died and another was seriously injured, but there were no serious injuries among members of Congress or their staff.
