New details about the February collision of Amtrak and CSX trains, which killed two and injured 92, have emerged as part of an investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board.
The NTSB held a hearing Tuesday to review the event and identify safety improvements that could prevent a similar event from happening. As part of the hearing, the investigators released interviews conducted days after the accident, giving the public its first opportunity to hear what happened in the words of those who were there.
