RALEIGH – Amtrak passenger train service traveling in and through North Carolina will resume service on Thursday more than a week after service had been interrupted due to Hurricane Florence and track improvements.
To protect public safety, Amtrak passenger train service in North Carolina was canceled Sept. 11, three days before Hurricane Florence made landfall on North Carolina’s coast.
