The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Metro-North Railroad selected the Skanska-ECCO Joint Venture to complete the final phase of the Croton-Harmon Shops and Yard complex rebuild.
The 100-acre complex was built in the early 1900’s, and currently serves as Metro North’s primary service, repair, and maintenance facility.
