A severed cable at a LIRR workplace is a smoking gun for overtime fraud by railroad employees, Gov. Cuomo said Thursday.
Cuomo backed the MTA inspector general’s request for a police investigation of a cut Ethernet cord at Jamaica Terminal. The cord was intended to connect a new employee timekeeping device that uses fingerprints to track workers’ attendance and hours.
