President Trump gyrates wildly on immigration, guns — you name it. Now add infrastructure to the list, as he tries to torpedo a desperately needed passenger rail tunnel under the Hudson.
Wednesday marks six months to the day since Trump held a White House meeting on the sole topic of the tunnel, part of the Amtrak’s bloated nine-component $30 billion Gateway project. He was joined by his secretary of transportation, his chief of staff, budget director and director of the National Economic Council.
