WASHINGTON — New Jersey Transit and Amtrak are working with the Transportation Security Administration on technology to detect explosives on individuals seeking to bomb train stations.
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer revealed the developments Sunday and called on the TSA to test the Stand Off Explosive Detection Technology in the New York City subway system, which was hit by a terrorist attack last week.
