Soon you would be able to do shopping in express trains. The Indian Railways Mumbai Division has proposed an on-board shopping service for long-distance train passengers on the lines of in-flight shopping in planes. 
According to a Mumbai Mirror report, initially cosmetics, small gadgets such as earphones among others would be sold on-board. The service would be launched on a trial basis and if become successful it would be extended to other trains as well.
