ROCKFORD Ill. (WIFR) — Members of the community are petitioning to bring back the Blackhawk because of what they think this passenger rail could do for Rockford and the surrounding areas.
A petition has been circulating around the area and around two thousand people have signed for the petition to go through and it needs sixty five-hundred signatures.
