A boy was hurt Thursday night when he attempted grab the outside of a train and “rail surf” in Jersey City, NJ Transit officials said.
The incident was reported at 9:15 p.m. and involved a southbound Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train at the Danforth Avenue Station.
