The size and scope of the long-awaited redevelopment of Penn Station was up for debate at city hall for the first time on Thursday.
A city design panel reviewed and offered initial comments on the addition of pedestrian access to the historic station from the front and rear of the facility, as well as placement of two towers planned for what is today a parking lot along Lanvale street.
