MARTINSBURG — The West Virginia Senate has unanimously passed a bill to fund the MARC commuter train service for one year.
House Bill 4389 transfers $1.5 million from the Enterprise Resource Planning System Fund in the state auditor’s and treasurer’s departments and puts it in the West Virginia Commuter Rail Access Fund.
