Central Florida: Volusia County asks out of SunRail-to-DeLand deal

ORLANDO — After an announcement that some $34 million in federal funds are now available to extend SunRail to DeLand, Volusia County Chair Ed Kelley formally asked the local partners Thursday to hold off.

They’re now considering it.
