U.S., Indiana: How the South Shore team works round-the-clock to keep trains moving

As many as 12,000 people a day ride the South Shore trains to and from Chicago.

Keeping those trains running smoothly takes a team of people you never get to see. They maintain the cars and tracks and get the word out about problems to customers.
