Miami-Dade County commissioners approved a 90-year access agreement with Brightline, moving along plans for a commuter line that would run through Miami.
Commissioners unanimously approved the access fee Friday proposed by Miami-based Brightline, which has access to the rail line running from Miami to Aventura that the county wants to add stops along.
