Mayor Megan Barry announced Tuesday her $5.2 billion plan for mass transit in Nashville, and she hopes to get a lot for the money.
As anticipated, the plan includes a series of overhauls to the city’s existing bus system, in addition to 26 miles of light-rail lines and underground transit through downtown Nashville.
