Here’s what is coming down the tracks for the Music City Star in Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville’s lone commuter rail is slated to face a series of changes in the coming months, starting with a cut to its current offerings.

The Music City Star will no longer run an evening train on Fridays, since the train doesn’t meet federal compliance guidelines to operate more than 12 daily trips, according to officials with the Regional Transportation Authority. Currently, the Star operates six trips in and out of downtown Nashville, with an additional evening trip on Fridays.
