Amtrak announces Customer Now program

Amtrak recently unveiled plans for a $72.5 million program, Customer Now, which aims to “improve the customer experience at stations across the network.”

Customer Now projects range from new door systems, lavatories and platforms at some stations to the more complex, such as the skylight and Great Hall improvement at Chicago Union Station, Amtrak noted.
