UK: Trains could run on disused line for the first time in 60 years

Passenger trains could soon run on a rail line in Devon for the first time in 60 years.

The four mile stretch of line from Newton Abbot to Heathfield was closed in 1959, and in recent years, use of the line has dwindled to just the occasional freight train.
