Some of the cars in the TECO Line Streetcar system that rolls through Ybor City, downtown Tampa and Channelside District may be getting a facelift.
The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority board members will consider approving at item on Jan. 6 for a contractor to rebuild four of the city’s nine streetcars.
