U.S., South Florida: Florida East Coast Industries sells West Palm Beach apartments connected to Brightline for $115 Million

Florida East Coast Industries sold Park-Line Palm Beaches, an apartment tower connected to the Brightline passenger rail station in West Palm Beach for $114.75 million.

WPB Rosemary LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based FECI, sold the 290 apartments and 14,000 square feet of retail space at 591 Evernia St. to REEP-MF Park-Line FL LLC, an affiliate of New York Life Real Estate Investors. The price equated to $395,670 per unit.
