INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Next stop: U.S. Supreme Court.
The Indian River County Commission — with the promise of $200,000 of private money and a legal team including a retired judge once short-listed for the Supreme Court — agreed to appeal its longstanding court case against Virgin Trains USA, the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Railroad Administration to the Supreme Court.
