U.S., Florida – All aboard: SunRail ridership starts uphill chug

Covid-19 hasn’t stopped the Central Florida commuter rail service, but things haven’t been busy.

Metro Orlando’s SunRail train system — owned by the Florida Department of Transportation — has seen ridership drastically drop since the pandemic hit in mid-March. However, it appears the reopening of the state is helping the service pick up steam.
