The board of the California High-Rail Authority disclosed that an investigation is underway into allegations that a major consultant to the project told employees to hide bad news.
The consultant is WSP, which describes itself on its website as “the Authority’s Rail Delivery Partner.” Rail authority CEO Brian Kelly said WSP has hired a law firm to conduct an independent investigation of the charges.
