Selkirk – A planned consolidation of CSX Transportation’s train dispatching operations, which includes moving a location employing 45 people at the Selkirk railyard in Albany County, will be completed by the end of March, a CSX spokesman told the Times Union Thursday.
By that point, all dispatching will be based in Jacksonville, Fla., where CSX has its corporate headquarters.
