CSX Corp. is reorganizing its management structure in its latest operational change as the Jacksonville-based railroad transitions to scheduled railroading, an asset-light operating model used by other railroads.
The new structure appoints four new executives, all of which will report to Executive Vice President of Operations Ed Harris. Bob Frulla will become senior vice president of operations east, Jermaine Swafford senior vice president of operations west, Jamie Boychuk senior vice president of network operations and Amy Rice vice president of intermodal operations.
