Railroad track maintenance and repairs are expected to slow Tri-Rail trains and throw off schedules through the end of the year.
More than 45,000 track ties are being replaced along the 72-mile route that runs between Miami and West Palm Beach along the west side of Interstate 95, beginning Wednesday and through December, according to Tri-Rail officials.
