PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The case against the engineer of the ill-fated Amtrak 188, which crashed more than three years ago, has stalled again. 
Brandon Bostian is facing scores of charges, but at a hearing Wednesday morning, lawyers on both sides said they aren’t getting what they need to move forward.
