Ozarks farmer sues BNSF, says train company killed more than 50 cattle

An Ozarks farmer is suing a train company over the deaths of more than 50 of his cattle, alleging they were killed by drowning, dehydration or being struck by trains.

The lawsuit stems from flooding in late April 2017, when water overran a farm near West Plains that bordered a BNSF railroad.
