Those hoping for a second daily Amtrak train traveling across Wisconsin got good news from the passenger rail manager for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Arun Rao spoke Saturday at Wisconsin Association of Railroad Passengers’ meeting in Portage — its second meeting in Portage in two months as the group tries to raise awareness and support for a proposed “TCMC” train.
