Ontario: Northern group pushes for passenger rail

The province’s multimodal transportation strategy completely lacks visions and doesn’t consider the benefits of passenger rail survey, a paper by the Coalition for Algoma Passenger Trains states.

The non-profit group, which has been advocating for passenger train service in Northern Ontario, submitted its response to the province’s draft 25-year Northern Ontario Multimodal Transportation Strategy.
