Oxford County council may have some concerns when it comes to via rail’s proposed High Frequency rail (HFR).
Councillors will hear from independent consultant Greg Gormick on via’s multi billion dollar plan for a rail link between Toronto and Quebec City.
Via’s plan is unrelated to Ontario’s high-speed rail proposal, which has drawn fire from many rural communities in southwestern Ontario.
