Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority Board OKs three-week summer pilot passenger runs for Rockland

Portland — The Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority Board voted Monday to proceed with a three-week pilot program for passenger train service from Brunswick to Rockland.

There were no objections on the Board, according to Rockland Main Street Executive Director Gordon Page who attended the Feb. 26 afternoon meeting in Portland.
